We accept Visa, MasterCard, Alipay & PayPal for international orders; and all of these plus internet banking and cheque for New Zealand orders. Our secure payment systems are amongst the best in the industry and provide state-of-the-art payment security and fraud protection.

We use Payment Express to process all credit card payments. For more info, please refer to their privacy policy.

Please note that our on-site currency display is indicative only for international currencies. All orders will be transacted in New Zealand dollars at the exact amount as displayed at the final stage of the checkout process.

 

New Zealand

You will be asked to enter your Visa or MasterCard number as the final stage of our secure checkout process. For security and privacy information, please see 'Website and Credit Card Security' below and our Privacy & Security page.

If you are signed in when checking out, you'll be given the option to "Save my payment details for next time". When this is selected, an encrypted token is stored, not your actual card details. This token can't be used by anyone else so it's totally secure. This option is simply provided for your convenience in not having to re-enter your card details every time that you shop with us. Whether you select this option or not, no actual card details are ever stored by us in any capacity.

Internet Banking

Internet Banking is available as a payment option through our secure checkout process. Detailed instructions are provided when you select this as your payment method. Having submitted your order, you will be required make payment of the total cost of your order (including postage) directly to our bank account.

Your order will be dispatched promptly when we receive your payment, usually the next working day.

Alipay

You will be redirected to Alipay to make payment (you will need to have an Alipay account).  Order will be charged at the CNY (Yuan) equivalent of the NZD (New Zealand dollar) order grand total amount, and this will be available for your review prior to confirming payment. 

PayPal

You will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment then returned to our website. PayPal is internationally recognised as a secure payment method for online transactions. PayPal allows you to make payment using your credit card without disclosing these details to any other parties.

Cheque

Cheque is available as a payment option through our secure checkout process. Detailed instructions are provided when you select this as your payment method. Having submitted your order, you will be required to post us a cheque for the total cost of your order (including postage).

Please make your cheque payable to Manuka Love Ltd. for the total cost of your order (including postage). Clearly write your Order Number (provided at checkout) and full name as a reference on the back of your cheque and post it to: Manuka Love Ltd. XXXXX

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we can confirm your cheque has cleared.
